The Griffin Gate is yet another fabulous dyslexia-friendly book which I really enjoyed!

I absolutely loved the concept of being a Warden of the Griffin Map, with the ability to teleport anywhere at any time to fight crime! I could completely understand Grace’s desperation to become a Warden too, but is risking her life really the best way to prove herself? When Grace finds herself alone with the map and a distress call comes in, she jumps at the chance to prove she’s ready - but soon finds herself in a remote village where nothing is quite as it seems…

Of course, I’m also a sucker for an animal companion, and Grace’s clockwork raven is the perfect partner as she follows her curiosity into more and more trouble! 

🌟I’d definitely recommend this to reluctant or growing readers, although I think confident and older readers would enjoy it too. It’s a great choice for lovers of adventure, technology, teleportation and crime mysteries! 🌟
