Daisy's getting into double the trouble in this fantastic collection! Whether she's tracking down thieves in DAISY AND THE TROUBLE WITH BURGLARS, or starring in her school nativity play in DAISY AND THE TROUBLE WITH CHRISTMAS, one thing's for sure - there's always trouble when Daisy's about.
Review by Steph
I read this book because I saw the front cover and thought to myself, "I can read this whole book if I commit!"
I would describe this book as mysterious, funny and definitely a page-turner!
I like Daisy because she is dramatic. When she heard about the burglar in her street, she was like "What on EAAAAAAAARTH!?" which I thought was funny!
The thing that stood out to me was the front cover because of its amazing colours.
I would recommend this book to children 8 and over because it is very chunky. (Or confident younger readers as the font size is large and there are lots of lovely illustrations - Miss C.)
