My Thoughts...
I was sent Too Many Tims in exchange for an honest review (thank you Harper Collins!) and I ended up loving it more than I thought I would!
I don't usually pick up funny books from the shelf, but I must say that the front cover really caught my eye. The illustration style is super fun, and the idea of cloning myself thousands of times and taking over the world sounds like a dream (or in Tim's case - a nightmare!)
Henry White has nailed the humour and even had me chuckling at points throughout the book. The thousands of different Tims are such a fun concept and his play on words made me giggle too.
This book has a super simple and easy to follow plot, but that doesn't stop it from being fun, funny and very mad! I can absolutely see this being a fun bedtime story for those who love stories packed full of silliness, madness and plans to take over the world!
🌟I would recommend this book to readers who like humour and crazy adventures! 6+🌟
Blurb
Timothy Arthur Spode has a LOT on his plate. With his jam-packed schedule of jobs, chores, hobbies and favours, he barely has time to sleep. Not that his rotten parents give a flying flurry about THAT.
Luckily, he’s best friends with Nora. Who’s a super-omni-mega-genius. She invents a cloning machine to lighten Tim’s load, but it’s not long before Tim-Three gets hold of it, assembles a clone army and starts planning a TIMVASION.
With help from Nora and the trusty Tim-Two, can Tim save the world from… himself?
